Project B Photo Set

As letterpress printers, the satisfaction of bringing new life to the old and sometimes forgotten, is not lost on us. That’s why we are very excited to have worked with Barbara Levine of Project B to create two photo sets with packaging based on a vintage Kodak photo wallet pack. share these photo sets by artists Barbara Levine (Project B) and Daniela Edburg (danielaedburg.com)

These pieces were created in conjunction with the exhibition Out of Place: Photographs and Other Fictions at Cherryhurst House. Like the printed ephemera, the exhibition is a collaboration of photo works by Levine, who manipulates found vintage photography and Edburg who stages richly saturated, and often surreal photographs. The letterpress packaging was printed and then die cut in house. The postcard-style photos are offset printed: glossy on front and matte on back.

Coocoo Creative

Coocoo Creative is a design firm located just a stone’s throw from the Mystic Multiples shop in Houston.

Printing cards for designers and creative professionals is always a pleasure and a welcome challenge. This unique business card features not only a clever color overlay on the front and a bleed print on the back, but also shocking pink edge painting. The bright colors, bold typefaces, and hand lettering in this card are pure poppy fun.

Celestial Wedding Suite

Mystic Multiples is proud to have not only printed, but also designed this contemporary, celestial wedding invitation suite. Very few occasions are better suited for creating a unique and personal piece of ephemera than a wedding. With that idea in mind, we set out to build a suite that feels elegant, but simultaneously warm and approachable: just like the bride and groom.

This suite includes; a wedding invitation art print, an invitation card with printed envelope, and an RSVP card with printed envelope. What’s a “wedding invitation art print?” you ask…

We had initially planned to go with a folded card for the wedding invitation: art on the front and text on the inside. After some consideration, we decided it would be fun to give family and friends a little something extra that they could potentially separate from the suite and display as a (very) limited edition art print.

We are so pleased with the results!
