How much is shipping?
We offer free USPS First Class service on orders over $30. Other orders are normally $5 for shipping. Small zines and stickers ship free via stamped envelope.
When will my order ship?
We pack and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the order they are received, with a cut-off of midnight CST the night before.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! However, international shipping on our items tends to be more than the cost of the item itself, and we can’t offer support for replacements on international orders. To begin an international order, please write to us at orders@mysticmultiples.com.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us directly at orders@mysticmultiples.com. For damaged or defective items, we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of delivery. For refunds and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover shipping on the new item.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Yes, you can — but please be aware that we ship in the morning, and will need to know as soon as possible that you need assistance with your order. Write to us at orders@mysticmultiples.com to get started!
Do you offer gift receipts/messages?
We love gifting prints! If you leave us a note with your order, we’re more than happy to add a small, handwritten note to your gift order. Also, in an effort to reduce waste, we do not include packing slips with our shipments, so there is no need to worry about the price being included with your order.
Do you make price adjustments?
Certainly — if an item has gone on sale or reduced in price within 7 days of purchase, we can offer you the difference via a refund. Please write to us at orders@mysticmultiples.com.

When will my order ship?
We pack and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the order they are received, with a cut-off of midnight (Central Time Zone) the night before. So, for instance, an order placed on Sunday before midnight will ship with Monday’s orders.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, there will be tracking available on all orders shipped from our store with the exception of sticker orders, which are shipped by stamped envelope. Please be advised that USPS tracking can be slow to update, as it is dependent on carrier scans.
I can’t find my package. What can I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! In some cases, packages are prematurely marked as delivered and will show up on the following business day. If it’s been 24 hours and there’s still no progress, write to us at orders@mysticmultiples.com to let us know the situation. We can follow up with the post office on our end, and send a replacement your way!
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! On damaged and defective items, we’re able to offer free replacements and exchanges up to the value of the items ordered within 30 days of purchase. For all other returns and exchanges, we ask you to pay for return shipping of the original item in its original packaging and condition. We can assist you with this process as well, so be sure to reach out to us at orders@mysticmultiples.com within 30 days of purchase.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow us three days after receiving your return to update our notes and issue a return to your payment method. From this point, it may be between 5 and 10 days for the funds to show up in your bank account. If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, please contact us at orders@mysticmultiples.com.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
Sure, but we will need to ask you to cover the return shipping on these kinds of returns and exchanges. We are able to offer a store credit on all returned and exchanged gift items. Please reach out to us at orders@mysticmultiples.com to start the process.
There’s a mistake with my order!
Sorry about that! We’ll make sure to do right by you. Please write to us at orders@mysticmultiples.com and we will get right to work on a replacement or refund for the messed up portion of your order.

We accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We’re also happy to offer Paypal and Venmo as options as well. All payments are processed through Stripe or Paypal/Venmo, and we do not hold onto this data on our end.
Do you collect sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders in Texas. Do you need to make an institutional purchase for a university? Please write to us at orders@mysticmultiples.com for a custom invoice!
Work for hire
Do you offer custom risograph or letterpress printing?
We do, but since 2020 we have chosen to focus on our own output as artists and creators. This means that we generally only take on projects selectively, with an emphasis on projects that are a good match for our skills and available time. Do you do commissions?
Artist Sarah Welch takes on projects on a case-by-case basis, again favoring projects that are a good match for her skills. Interested parties are recommended to reach out to her directly at sarahwelch.info!
