We want you to be happy with your purchase! On damaged and defective items, we’re able to offer free replacements and exchanges up to the value of the items ordered within 30 days of purchase. For all other returns and exchanges, we ask you to pay for return shipping of the original item in its original packaging and condition.

Late or missing refunds
In most cases, delays are due to processing between us, the payment method, and your bank. Please allow us three days after receiving your return to update our notes and issue a return to you. From this point, it may be between 5 and 10 days for the funds to show up in your bank account. If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Did you receive a print from us as a gift, but decide it’s not your style? We can help you exchange it for something else, but we will need to ask you to cover the return shipping on these kinds of returns and exchanges. We are able to offer a store credit on all returned and exchanged gift items. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to start the process.
Mistakes and accidents
Sorry about that! We’ll make sure to do right by you. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get right to work on a replacement or refund for the messed up portion of your order.
Did a price change on our site recently? We don’t want you to feel like you missed out. Simply write to us at email@example.com and we’ll refund the difference if you ordered within 7 days of the price change.
