In my photographs, I love spotting strange, man-made vistas and incongruities that stand in contrast to natural surroundings. The original photograph for this work was taken in Seabrook, Texas, near an artificial shoreline created from sidewalk rubble. Did the people building it intend for the circle to frame the ocean so perfectly, or was it a coincidence?
