Intensifying Jurassic Park Theme

We had the pleasure of visiting northern California's Fern Canyon, a section of the Redwood National and State Parks, in the early summer of 2025. The experience was... otherworldly. Picture a rock walled canyon, carved by a stream, and then fill the walls of the canyon with ferns-- we were in fern heaven!

This postcard inspired art print commemorates the scene, and distorts it with a halftone treatment that comes to life with a little bit of illusion in front of your eyes. I think this adds a bit, making it less of a photograph and more of a thing to do with memory's fuzzy boundaries. Enjoy!
