Reptile Lagoon

The cover of a yet-to-be novella. This scene is inspired by a certain van that attempted to drive through three feet of flood water outside our home during Harvey--pushing loads of water under our front door!--before stalling out and abandoning ship. I imagine the van being overtaken by all manner of critter and returning to nature. Just another unusual feature of the Reptile Lagoon.

Created from a laser-etched linoleum block, and printed on an antique Vandercook letterpress press.
